Placing an order through my website or by telephone is deemed to constitute your acceptance of my terms and conditions.

Customer Service

If you are disappointed with the goods or service you have received from Wildlite, please contact Mike at the above address with details of your complaint. I endeavour to resolve complaints within 5 working days.

Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you are disappointed with the quality or finish of the print or greeting card, or for any reason are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I offer a simple money back guarantee. Please immediately email to advise your dissatisfaction. Then return, at your cost, the card or cards unopened and in their original condition within 14 days to allow me to make a full refund to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

Prices

All prices are displayed in £ Sterling. Prices and delivery costs will be as stated and include VAT if applicable. We reserve the right to increase the prices of the products periodically.

Prints

Each image is printed on premium quality photo paper and is delivered unframed.

Online Payment

You can use this site by adding products to our shopping cart and use paypal to complete the process to pay.

Delivery and Postage

Orders will be processed within 24hrs excluding weekends and public holidays. We use Royal Mail First Class Post. Every effort is made to ensure that the goods arrive with you in good condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged in the postal system.
